RETURN/REFUND Policy
**No Return on Fruit Basket, Baked Goods or Holiday Theme design products** Only the person that buys the gift can request a return on any gift.
**We can not accept any fresh fruits, Dried Fruit or baked goods NON-Refundable.
** Fresh fruit are purchased & inspected every day for fruit basket orders and are not maintained at our location daily. Any order with fruit damages or concerns should be reported the same day received no acceptations**
Unopened untampered baskets/gifts may be returned (minus- a 30% restocking fee) However any products that have been open or tampered with cannot be refunded due to the nature of food items, open product can't be resold.
Delivery /Shipping and Handling fees are also non-refundable.
**Shipping items returned by UPS or USPS, FedEx or DHL for wrong address or refused will be re-billed for reshipping or 30% restocking fee minus the shipping fee already used.
***If first delivery cannot be made based on the receiver is not home and gift cannot be left is safe location a $15 redelivery fee will be charged for a second delivery
Returns can be made within 5 working days of your receipt, with a pre-authorization from GBYDESIGNSB. Please call or e-mail us to obtain authorization.
Return shipping fees is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer.
All merchandise must be returned in the original carton and in good condition as sent or received. No credit can be issued until we receive the returned merchandise.
Merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused.
